BIM Objects Built to Industry Standards
All Zyle Fenster BIM objects are defined in accordance with the NBS BIM Object Standard, ensuring consistency of information, geometry, behaviour, and presentation across every product. Objects can be dragged, dropped, and oriented within your modelled building design with ease.
Technical data embedded within each BIM object is comprehensive. Properties include dimensions, colour options, BFRC energy ratings, glazing thickness options, transom and mullion sizes, weather performance classifications, and full IFC and COBie property sets for accurate, compliant modelling.
Collaborative Specification, On Site and Online
