That is why we work exclusively with approved installation partners who are selected, assessed, and supported by our team.
An Approved Partner Network Across the Ireland
We have established a network of Zyle Fenster approved installation partners and showroom distributors across the Ireland. Each partner is selected on the basis of their technical experience, local knowledge, and demonstrated track record in installing high-performance glazing systems.
Our partners are familiar with the specific requirements of our product range – including Passivhaus-grade installation detailing, airtightness considerations, and the correct handling of large-format glazed units. This ensures that the performance specified at design stage is fully realised on site.
Programme Management and Communication
We understand that glazing is often programme-critical. Delays to window delivery or installation can have a significant knock-on effect for the wider build schedule. That is why we provide regular updates on manufacturing progress throughout production, so that our clients, contractors, and site managers always have clear visibility of expected installation dates.
Where delays do arise – however rare – we communicate these as early as possible, with revised timelines and clear next steps. Our aim is to make the installation phase as smooth and predictable as the rest of our service.
Installation Detailing for High-Performance Builds
For low-energy and Passivhaus projects, installation detailing is as important as the product specification itself. Thermal bridging at the frame perimeter, incorrect airtightness taping, or inadequate frame support can all compromise the performance of even the highest-specification glazing system.
Our technical team works with installation partners and main contractors to provide the correct installation guidance for each project, ensuring that frame placement, fixing, and sealing are all carried out in accordance with the performance requirements of the overall building specification.
Aftercare and Ongoing Support
Our commitment to clients does not end when the installation is complete. We remain available for technical support, maintenance advice, and warranty queries throughout the life of the project – whether that means a quick call to our team or a site visit from one of our approved partners.
