Made to Measure, Built to Perform

Bespoke window manufacturing is not simply about producing non-standard sizes. It is about applying precision, expertise, and rigorous quality control at every stage – from the initial technical drawings through to the final product leaving our facility. At Zyle Fenster, that standard applies to every order, regardless of scale.

European Manufacturing to the Highest Standards

Our windows and doors are manufactured at state-of-the-art European facilities, equipped with the most current machinery and guided by quality management processes aligned with ISO9001 and BS6375 requirements. Every unit we produce is built to meet stringent performance and security standards.

We test our products regularly at accredited European testing facilities to validate performance across thermal efficiency, acoustic attenuation, air permeability, and weather resistance. The results give our clients and their architects reliable, documented confidence in the products they are specifying.

Individual Solutions for Every Project

No two projects are alike, and our manufacturing capability reflects that. We produce windows and doors across a wide range of configurations, profiles, and finishes – from thermally broken Aluclad frames engineered to Passivhaus performance standards to traditional timber sash windows built to meet contemporary thermal requirements.

Our bespoke manufacturing process allows us to respond to technically complex briefs without compromising on lead times or quality. We take pride in finding the right solution for each project, rather than adapting a standard product to fit an individual brief.

Project Planning and Lead Times

Precision-manufactured products require careful planning. Made-to-measure projects – particularly those involving large openings, complex configurations, or high-performance specifications – require detailed measurement, technical drawing review, and scheduled manufacturing slots.

We strongly recommend early engagement with our team to allow sufficient lead time for planning, manufacturing, and delivery. For Passivhaus or architect-led projects where installation is programme-critical, this early coordination can make a significant difference to the overall project timeline.

Quality at Every Stage of Production

Our quality control process runs throughout manufacturing, not just at the point of final inspection. Each product is checked against its specification at key stages of production, ensuring that what leaves our facility matches precisely what was agreed at the design stage.

This level of rigour is what allows us to offer a 10-year guarantee against manufacturing and material defects, and to design products with a 60-year service life in mind. It is also why architects and specifiers return to Zyle Fenster project after project.
